Owner(s) download all necessary forms, fill them out, sign and return either as an e-mail attachment, a fax, or by US mail. Owner(s) take all measure-ments, and provide up to 6 pictures. Listing will be posted on local MLS with all six pictures and as a basic listing on REALTOR.com® with one picture. Listing is for a 3 month period and is renewable for another 3 months for just $99.00. Subsequent renewals are $99 for 6 months! Showings will be scheduled by Centralized Showing Service and owner(s) will have access to their web site to update showing information and will receive REALTOR® feedback from showings. A combination lockbox, and a basic Valu-net Realty sign will also be provided.
Valu-net REALTOR® documented standard listing:
a Valu-net REALTOR® comes to your home and takes all measurements and pictures (a total of 16). They will fill out all forms and answer any questions. Listing with 10 pictures will be posted on local MLS and as a basic listing on REALTOR.com® with one picture. Listing is for a 6 month period and is renewable in 6 month increments for just $99.00. Showings will be scheduled by Centralized Showing Service and owner(s) will have access to their web site to update showing information and will receive REALTOR® feedback from showings. A combination lockbox, brochure box with 25 color brochures and basic Valu-net Realty sign will also be provided.
