Bob entered the real estate business in 1978 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. In 1979 Bob and his family moved to Monroe County where he has lived ever since. Bob has been married to his wife, Cyndi, since 1974. Together they have 8 children and 13 grandchildren. Bob is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is an alum of IVY Tech and Indiana University. He has been self-employed or a business owner for most of the last 35 years. He presently owns HL SIGNWORKS, a local sign company. Bob and Cyndi served as foster parents in Monroe County, caring and raising 83 children over a 19 year period. Bob presently serves as a deacon at South Union Christian Church where he is also the chairman of the Missions Committee. Bob has also served as the secretary of the board for Advancing Indigenous Missions (AIM). Bob founded Valu-net Realty in 2007 for the purpose of providing alternative, value-based realty services for Monroe and surrounding county residents. Bob’s real estate license is: RB14033262
Ernest Xi is a referral Broker with Valu-net Realty. He has been with Valu-net Realty since 2015 but has held his real estate broker’s license since early 2014. He is currently a student at Indiana University Kelley School of Business studying Finance, Real Estate, and Technology Management. Ernest became interested in real estate when he purchased his first investment property in Bloomington at the age of 18 with Bob as his Realtor. Several transactions later, he joined the Valu-net Team! Ernest is heavily involved in many organizations at IU, especially the IU Real Estate Club and IUSA Funding Board. Ernest also currently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Northlane Homeowner’s Association.

David was raised in Rush and Bartholomew Counties in Indiana, and relocated to Monroe County in 1967 and then again in 2000. Having spent over twenty-five years in the Agricultural Business, David has acquired a vast knowledge of farmland and farm equipment, in particular livestock equipment. He graduated from Bloomington High School, attended Indiana University and graduated from Auction School in 1986 and carries a current Auction License with the State of Indiana. David has been recognized with "A Distinguished Hoosier" award for patriotism and received many letters from President Bill Clinton and President George Bush along with many Senators and U.S. Generals. He also is a recipiant of the prestigious “Sagamore of the Wabash”, from Governor Frank O'Bannon, for his work with the Veterans of WWII, Korean War and the Vietnam War and Desert Storm and raising over $500,000 for the World War II Memorial located in Washington D.C. David also lead his fellow patriots in a continual 35-day salute to our military troops. David completed his Real Estate Sales Person License in 2006. Shortly thereafter he completed courses and received the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate designation through the National Auctioneer’s Association. David has been married to his wife, Sally, for over 46 years. The Lord has blessed them with three children and also three grandchildren. They attend and are very active in South Union Christian Church in Bloomington.
