
For all Valu-net Realty documented listings either send us an e-mail via our Contact Us page or call us at 812-327-5194 to schedule to have a Valu-net REALTOR® come to your home.
For an Owner documented listing begin by filling out the following forms. To print or fill in our forms, you need Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have this software, you can download it for free here. Leave all signatures and dates blank. When finished call Valu-net Realty and we’ll come with your sign and lockbox and will review all paperwork prior to signatures.
The first form is the Valu-net Realty Listing contract. Make sure all credit/debit card info is complete.
Next you will need to fill out and sign the Residential Input Form.
Next you will need to fill out and sign the Indiana Seller’s Disclosure form.
Next, if your home was built before 1978, you will need to fill out and sign the Lead Based Paint Certification and Acknowledgment form.
And finally, you will also need to fill out and sign the Valu-net Office Policy When Representing Sellers form.
Remember, we must have at least one exterior photograph of your home within 48 hours of your signed listing contract. You may send that as an e-mail attachment to photos@valu-net.com or have a print or CD ready to give to us when we deliver the sign and lockbox.
If you would prefer, we will mail a Listing Packet with all these forms. Make that request either by phone or through the e-mail via our Contact Us page.
The Listing Change Notice will be useful if you want to change price or other information on your listing. It must also be used to extend your listing for additional 6 month periods.
