Begin the Listing Process
Valu-net Realty offers two listing options.
Option 1 - Owner documented basic listing. This listing is documented by the owner(s) without any on-site assistance from Valu-net Realty. Telephone or e-mail assistance with any questions will be provided. Owner(s) complete all forms and take all pictures (six permitted). This listing is only $99. First renewal of this listing is $99 for 90 days... all subsequent renewals are $99 for 6 months.
Option 2 - Valu-net REALTORS® document the entire listing including the taking of all measurements and all pictures (up to 16). This listing is only $269 for 6 months and also includes a brochure box with 25 free brochures. All subsequent renewals are $99 for 6 months.
With either option, if the listing results in a sale by a cooperating broker or agent then other minimum required services must be purchased such as itemized representation, escrowing of earnest money deposit, and closing attendance, or owner may choose packaged representation for $500 which includes all these and additional services. Owner(s) retain the right to sell their home themselves, and if they do, then no other fees will be due unless ordered.
Additionally, owner(s) may choose other individual services or package deals.
Owner(s) must next decide if they want to authorize Valu-net REALTORS® to be limited agents who would be permitted to represent buyers who have an interest in the owner(s) property (see limited agency). If limited agency is permitted and a Valu-net REALTOR® represents the purchaser, then the owner’(s) closing fee is waived.
If owner(s) decide to not permit limited agency then all inquiries received by Valu-net Realty will be forwarded directly to owner(s). Owner(s) may choose to purchase other Realty services on a per occurrence basis or full representation for $500.
